Millions of yarns of sheeting have been produced with the additive in the size formulation.

Incorporation of the nano resin in the size formulation has never been a problem in conventional desize. The only concern that has been expressed has been in loom finished goods where compaction of the sized warp might have an effect in the bulk density of the fabric. (This has not been demonstrated, but has been a concern of producers).

These materials are much more compatible with water than primary components of the size formulation.

Monk dye result chart shows very good results by application of Nm resin.. All yarn photos indicate good and smooth surfaces ideal for weaving purposes. Complete rather all traces of resin needs to be eliminated by De-sizing of grey fabric and is very important factor especially for fabric dying operation. moreover this should be economical operation.
